• Usage data — basic analytics (via Polsia beacon pixel) to understand app usage.

How We Use Data

We use your data solely to provide the CrownPayRoll service: splitting deposits, displaying vault balances, and generating your income ledger. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data Storage

All data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted by Polsia. Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.

Third Parties

CrownPayRoll uses Polsia for infrastructure and email delivery. These providers are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the purpose of delivering our service.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at solojessj@gmail.com.
